Made the very first appointment of the day and was seen immediately. The NP was fantastic. So kind, upbeat, engaging, willing to listen and answer any question. The front desk staff is usually a lot friendlier than we experienced today, but she certainly wasnt unfriendly. Overall, excellent experience. In and out in 20 minutes. That's the way it should be!

Urgent Care by the Bay is absolutely the very BEST! First, the staff is always friendly and professional. Second, the lack of wait time is incredible, ie, I’ve always been seen quickly! Third, the ‘in-take’ nurse is efficient in obtaining info the physician will need to help. And forth and final praise goes to all the physicians I’ve seen: each one has an excellent bedside manner, listening and responding to my concerns, respecting my knowledge of my body, and providing me with the correct care-even noting any concerns they may have. My thanks to all at Urgent Care by the Bay in Daphne!

Omg!!! Their fast and efficient as can be depending on the patients.. I went back quickly with severe lower back pain and was treated with a five star treatment even after I arrived home as they called the next morning just checking in on me and how I was. They followed up again several days later. WOW is all I can say. The treatment is way too awesome compared to any Dr Offc I’ve ever been in. Fairhope surg Care is a 5 Star for me!
