The staff at Advanced Urgent care is phenomenal! I felt safe as soon as I started speaking with the clinic manager. I explained to him I was a little dizzy and could not find my United Health Card and he looked me up and found it right away. He was so kind and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The doctor was also amazing. She was able to explain why I was feeling so dizzy and explained what happens when you miss several doses of your medication. I did not feel rushed or as if I was bothering anyone. She answered all my questions and I left feeling well informed and as if I mattered to the staff. What a fantastic team! I would absolutely recommend this team!

It was a strange visit. The PA at times didn't think i had a sinus infection. At times she didn't know or think it was bacterial or a virus. She wasn't sure what to prescribe. She changed the prescription she was calling in, because I knew it wouldn't work. She called in a different script then told me to wait to see my acupuncturist or chiro. She told me to go to my ENT and get a protocol. An ENT isn't going to see me for one infection in one year. She had good bed side manner. She seemed very scared to prescribe with me being on my new med. I think this clinic needs over sight from an MD.

This is the best urgent care I've ever been to the people were very friendly. The doctor was great and very thorough. Woke up at 2AM with an obvious uti. Got online and made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Wait time was to be expected, there were several people in front of me. Went quick. Girl checking in was friendly. She also took vitals and all that. Dr. was very nice. Asked questions and gave suggestions to avoid future problems of this kind. I was in & out with Rx picked up in under an hour. All my experiences here are 10/10! Thank you for helping me feel better!!!!!!
