          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time.           Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           About a week ago (it's assumed) I was bitten by a house spider or insect whule moving boxes in my attic. I tried to treat the resulting rash but quickly saw professional cafre was needed. So I walked into Urgent Care without an appointment, and my previous high satisfaction with them continued to be justified. Check in was quick and easy. Jessoca was genuinely polite and professional. My wait was approximately a half hour. Joyce took my vitals and she was very pleasant and professional.  The PA reviewed my case and after a series of salient questions, prescribed an antibiotic topical and a oral medicine. The quality of care was excellent. The rash is startng to clear.

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen
