The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. PA Lauren was great.

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.
