Easy to schedule appointment. Reception was not the friendliest. Told several times deaf and can’t hear and continued to talk where can’t hear. Also told copay was not $40 like it should be regardless of deductible so will be calling insurance. Also stated couldn’t give me a receipt for hsa reimbursement.  Triage and NP was great. Although wish they would offer an antibiotic as we’ve been fighting colds for over 8 weeks and as an adult with same symptoms nothing worked until antibiotics.

I have been ill for days and this stop was great—friendly staff and great nurse! She diagnosed and prescribed what I needed!

Very caring staff would for sure recommend. The wait time was less than 5 min. Beside manners was great.

Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.

Quick and easy scheduling even while sick. Same with check in & being seen by dr. Staff is always friendly and caring. Dr listened to all my symptoms and concerns. Would always definitely use this clinic.

Check in is always quick and always greeted by a friendly staff member. Scheduling is so easy and I love the convenience of getting it done online. The medial care from medical staff is phenomenal. Excellent care by professionals who really do listen and care for their patients. With so many coming in with so many complaints, they still mange to smile, listen and treat us with kindness. Excellent experience.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

Everything was good except the wait time. Took about 50 minutes to be seen and I was sent to this location since the usual one was out of service at the time. I had an appointment and usually it’s quick, but not this time.

Love taking my children here great staff and fast no waiting time. All the doctor are great and always answering my question.
