This was a return checkup concerning the city on my ginger. The staff was very helpful and attentive and patiently answered all of my questions.i would definitely recommend them for urgent care.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

Amazing and thorough service from nurse practitioner. She went above and beyond to assess my continuous congestion and cough and suggested I see an ENT. I’ve just scheduled that appointment.

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

have been dealing with reoccurring itchiness for 5 months. went in for steroid shot, they wouldn’t listen to me whatsoever and put me on anxiety med. it made things much worse and also worsened my mental health. wouldn’t recommend.

Needed to renew my scripts, was able to do a phone call instead of an office visit. Call lasted maybe 30 seconds. Saved me a lot of time.
