I had a sore throat for a few days and made an appointment for a strep test, which was scheduled for an hour later. Everyone in the office was so nice, that includes the doctor. I'm so glad they're so conveniently located. Hopefully I'l never get sick again, but if I do, I know where to go

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

The provider was so professional and through. He was easy to talk to and listened to me with such care for my situation. I always come to this location when the need arises because I know the care will be exceptional.

would like my x_rays sent to me..... for my orthopedic to see the results of the x_rays that were taken of my left hand... would be greatly appreciated ... thank you......

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

Doctor couldn’t have been less friendly. She seemed annoyed at every question I asked and practically had one foot out the door during her 1 minute exam.
