I hadn't been sleep all night. I had such bad Sciatic pain in my left side and foot. I went on line, and appointments were immediately available. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The patient care room, lobby, and the bathroom were all clean.

I was very pleased with the services provided, specifically by Dr. Marchetti.  After listening to my issue he quickly identified the issue after a physical exam.  He thoroughly explained to me the issue and the treatment he proposed.  He completed resolved my issue.  I could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

Went in today for an injury to my leg and head. They were very thorough and made good recommendations based on what they saw. I always go there when I have sudden illness and it’s always a pleasure.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Probably one of most cleanest urgent cares I’ve been in. Very easy to make an appointment, no wait time but expected to wait if I had to. The front office was very friendly and the staff in the back were just as nice. Dr. Patel was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I highly recommend to go if you need to

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.
