I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly. I was extremely pleased and will recommend DOCS always!

Dr. Unger is great and I will continue to keep coming back to see her here at DOCS Medical. Her staff there is also great. I would recommend DOCS Medical to everyone who needs to see someone when you’re sick.

The service was great since I couldn’t make it to my appointment the doctor make time to call me and get me all the help I needed, is very important for me because she really care for my health, thank you very much.

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

The girl at the front desk was wonderful !! Very friendly , polite and made you very comfortable while waiting for the doctor !!

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Honestly I was underimpressed with the service - my doctor was virtual and it felt like there was less care given. I also had no idea the doctor wasn’t on premise a heads up would have been nice - why did I pay 200 for a virtual visit. Disappointing

I’ve had a cold that I just can’t kick, and a possibly broken toe. I scheduled an appointment instantly and went to DOCS for both, and while I appreciated the medical assistant, he lost me when he wheeled in an iPad with a fast-talking doctor. Perhaps it was the 7% battery that rushed the appointment, but apparently my upper respiratory infection is because I use cotton swabs to clean my ears. So, now I have ear drops to clear out my sinuses and chest. Maybe I need to drink them? I had such a great experience when I almost cut off my finger, but this was a prime example of no one caring about anything except billing my insurance and taking a copay. If I wanted to talk to an iPad, I could have done telehealth at home (though the wireless otolaryngologist attachments were pretty cool, I admit). Sorry, DOCS. This piss-poor bedside manner just lost you a customer. Notice how I didn’t mention the toe. Yeah, neither did they.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Staff is courteous and caring.
