I called on Saturday to move my appointment time and was forwarded to a voicemail box where I asked for a return call.  I received a text message saying someone would call me back right away but that call never came.  I then received an auto notice where I was asked to confirm or cancel my appointment so I just ended up cancelling it.  But these follow on notices continued.  If I am charged for a no show fee I will be raising an issue.

I needed to have an X-ray and was directed to 5 facilities where I could have it done. Because of an impending major storm, I decided not to choose one of the 5 facilities to have it done today. Therefore, after an office visit, where I thought an X-ray could be taken, I still have not been diagnosed.

I love the staff and the mood and the service here best urgent care in Connecticut!

I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!
