I am always appreciative of the connivence this office offers.   Today I had a gentleman doctor and I thought although very upbeat and friendly, I was uncomfortable with the religious questions.  I personally believe there is a time and place, at this appointment was not it.  One, I didn’t feel well and the appointment should have stayed about that.  Two, he is  unaware of my circumstances and that was not the place.  I heard how he had converted, he asked me if I did, and it was very uncomfortable because again he had no idea of my circumstances A suggestion to possibly keep the appointment chatter on a lighter note. People coming in don’t feel well to begin with, any kind of heavy conversation may lead to some awkwardness (and it absolutely did).   Faith, and religion should be off the table for light conversation   Thank you.

I walked in and the waiting was very little. Staff was amazing, The PA Sam was very professional and compassionate removed a cyst. The clinic was very clean and organized.

Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
