Scheduled and was seen within the same day today. My wait time was very minimal and was even taken back before my appointment time. All of the staff was very nice. Nurse practitioner Roby was very thorough when she discussed my diagnosis and treatment with me. Highly recommend urgent care

My NP was very caring and explained everything she ordered and why, very thorough. The staff is extremely friendly and my nurse was awesome! I really like the check in online, makes things go faster!

The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

Been having a terrible cough and mucus for a few weeks walked in today relatively no wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes after paperwork and got right to business. The staff was very caring and helpful. They listened to my issue made there educated assessment and had me on my way!

When I called in the morning, the staff was incredibly accommodating, helping me to get an even earlier slot. Their prompt and compassionate care really made a difference, easing my discomfort and offering peace of mind in a stressful situation.
