Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Was seen to evaluate possible bladder infection. Medical assistant and senior provider were both kind and knowledgeable. Left with confidence that Visit was successful and was reassured that proper care was provided.
