My ear had been hurting and was completely stopped up. I found this clinic. The nurse at the front was the absolute best. I'm not a fan of virtual visits but the APRN wasn't there. Will definitely want to see the on person provider

The office manager called me and informed me that I needed additional testing. I am grateful they were able to see me in the office after 4 o’clock, which was what accommodated my schedule. I was able to go in to see the Nurse and everything was handled with great professionalism. I want to add that I would like to receive lab test and results via the Solv app. I was told I could view my lab results via the app, but I have not been able to find them yet. This would affect my rating of the clinic. There should be clear and truthful information provided to clients and patience.

The staff was exceptional! They were considerate and understanding. I did have a long wait time (2hrs) but the place was busy. A lot of sick patients. The staff earned their paycheck today. Other than that it was a very good visit and I feel confident the staff acted in my best interest. Hopefully soon this flu will pass.
