I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly. I was extremely pleased and will recommend DOCS always!

Having bad back pains they got me in and out and sent me to another place for X-ray it would have been great if it was all in the same place but staff was nice didn't get a print out of visit and the bathroom was a little messy but overall they were good have follow up on Monday
