I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Have been feeling sick with sore throat and went to my favorite health care place in Ann Arbor to get it looked at. The entire staff is super kind and I’m always helpful. I feel listened to and not crazy. I can’t believe I enjoy going to urgent care but this is that place for me! The staff make it incredible with their all around care! And check in is easy

Experiencing Virtigo and was able to receive great care. Did not need to schedule a later appointment.

Been having a terrible cough and mucus for a few weeks walked in today relatively no wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes after paperwork and got right to business. The staff was very caring and helpful. They listened to my issue made there educated assessment and had me on my way!

I had been struggling with a bad cough and sinusitis and I was able to get in right away, within 15 minutes, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the Doctor gave great care and gave an accurate diagnosis with meds to help get me better asap.  Very happy with the patient care from Doctor and medical staff! I would recommend this provider.

I was able to get right in and was there less than 30 minutes. Everyone was so nice, and it was extremely clean. Will absolutely be going back when needed!
