My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

This is a very well run nice clinic with caring professionals.

We arrived just before closing and the staff was friendly and helpful despite the closing time.

Everything was good except the wait time. Took about 50 minutes to be seen and I was sent to this location since the usual one was out of service at the time. I had an appointment and usually it’s quick, but not this time.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
