Very easy to schedule an appt!  Once there, wait time was short and staff was very friendly! Left with prescription on order.  Would definitely recommend.

The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.

Staff was excellent had no problems with check in. Had no problems with the staff getting ready for the blood pressure test,hearing test,eye test. They were very professional.

Very content with the ease of making an appointment and moreover, the treatment of care.   Staff was very concerned and the treatment quite professional.  Highly recommend this particular site for patients in need of care.

Best kept secret! Can schedule on line and short wait times. Staff is great.

Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

Woke up with a sore throat was able to get in super early. All staff were professional and friendly! Thanks!

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.
