I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

I needed an EKG for a pre-op appointment, and the mobile company I was originally scheduled with canceled and rescheduled repeatedly. I called City Doc to see if they could do the EKG, and they were super helpful, and got me in and out quickly.

We did a walk in since there were no appointments available but we didn’t wait too long before we called to the back.

I was really worried about my babies eye this past week and I looked up some places to go to see about getting the right help for him. And found this place and booking the appointment online was fast and easy having everything done before we came in was great and coming into the establishment was great as well. To check in did take long and having to wait didn’t take long at all either. And the employees are all really nice and kind they have the best customer service that have ever experienced at a doctor’s office. And the doctor was great she answered all my questions and concern that had and I left there feeling a lot better then when I came in.

Good experience, would use again and recommend to others.
