The best urgent care ever from the front desk to the doctor it was very nice to see people care

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. I have treated with this clinic a number of times over the years as it is less than a 1/2 mile from home. They’re always as prompt for the number of patients they get. The doctors are pleasant and answer questions. I hate being sick but I do like the care they provide.

The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The NP was super friendly and the doctor was very nice. Both listened to my concerns and seemed like they really cared. This odd my second time here. It’s 25 minutes from my house but well worth the drive.
