I have gone to Optum several times, and every visit has been easy and everyone is always friendly and professional. I feel that they listen and have always given me a good diagnosis that resolves the problem.

Made an appointment for 12:00 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told they were running late by 45 minutes. Not a big deal since I’ve experienced this before.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.
