I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

If the doctor isn't available and a urinary issue is urgent, patients should at least have the option to provide a urine sample so it can be held if appropriate or discarded if it ultimately can't be used. Requiring patients to hold it in until the doctor comes, or to simply go elsewhere, feels frustrating and ridiculous to me. Those containers are so cheap, I can reimburse them the dollar if needed. They were friendly otherwise.

Great staff, easy making an appointment. Very thorough. Also, I was in a bind with testing for a procedure and they took care of everything in one visit. Great resource.

Doctor was so professional and down to earth. He was very in tune with symptoms of Lyme disease. Really helped me so much! Staff was so nice and helpful!

I was a walk in but registering was quick and easy. There was a wheelchair on site that I used. The only downside was that I could not get an X-ray. I left there and went to an orthopedic urgent care who would not see me due to an insurance issue. I ended up at the ER on Sunday. I will not use your facility again if I think I might need a xray.  However, I was advised no X-rays available. I chose to proceed but would not have if I had known about the insurance issue.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
