We visited this location twice so far, and unfortunately both experiences involved very long wait times. Each visit required over an hour in the waiting area, followed by another hour in the exam room before seeing a doctor. The staff were courteous and the care itself was very good once we were seen, but the extended delays were difficult, especially with a young child. I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.
