I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. Second time to go with flu symptoms. I scheduled easily on line and staff were patient and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription called into my drugstore.

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

Scheduling was very easy and convenient. Checking in was fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The care that we received meet my expectations. The lobby is always clean and so are the rooms. The best urgent care in town!!

All in all, very good experience. The only thing I would suggest is that when staff enters a room or when they greet you upon your walk into the clinic, that the staff introduced themselves. Personally, I like to know who I’m seeing and what we’re doing. Jenny did a very thorough job Of caring for me

There is no aqurate diagnosis because all they do is take vitals and prescribe meds. Then if meds are not available at pharmacy they don't response in sending new ones. So I had to go to another doctor and pay another copay to get proper treatment.

The overall visit went well other than the initial paper works which they could do in between the visit or after the visit. Was having bad headache on one side and was worried could be a stroke. The paper works made me feel could have done later

The nurse practitioner and the whole staff were very attentive and helped with any and everything with my son. They listened and made me feel like he mattered and helped anyway they could. Would definitely recommend
