I am from out of town and was up all night with an earache.  The staff was so helpful and worked we me to find a local pharmacy.  Provider was great.  Knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

The entire staff on Saturday evening was kind, caring and professional. The PA was patient and knowledgable. Thank you. I have recommended this office to friends. My eye feels great. Thank you!

The wait time and walk in was effortless. The front desk staff is very friendly. I know the rest of the staff that I saw today also did listen to all my health concerns and I know insurance only allows certain things. I know the staff has changed over the years but the visit still went well. I think we did cover a lot of the things and I may have forgotten a few things to bring up and I know the Urgent Care is usually the first stop and if things do not improve I know in the past to just message or call about conditions. A lot of the staff seems more knowelagable compared to many other places that I have been to.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.
