          This was my first time ever going to an Urgent Care. Showed up around 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Was only one other person before me. Only problem was ME arriving after lab work was picked up so labs have to wait. Should have gone earlier in day but I put my health crisis after other things like so many. Doctor was kind, smart and did all the right things.

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

          The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          Excellent experience at Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Hamilton. The check-in process was quick, simple, and efficient. The front office staff were pleasant, kind, and professional. The nurse who took my vitals was friendly, compassionate, and intuitive. The physician assistant was attentive, knowledgeable, and quickly guided me toward the right next steps with confidence.           I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated.           Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
