I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

I was able to get my daughter in by booking online as soon as the school called me. They were kind and thorough, I just wish there was a way for them to follow upnif needed.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Everyone was great. From in take, to vitals to Dr. Faud it was amazing. Friendly and caring. Next day I felt so much better. Will come for future care. Only thing they had Spanish speaking patients and no one was available to translate or help them. But they did try with using the phone translating but someone should be onboard that can help with this type of situation. But overall great place.
