          Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

          Visit and staff overall friendly and helpful . Great and fast visit! My insurance wasn’t going through so I had to pay out of pocket which I understood wasn’t the front desk persons fault she tried calling my insurance multiple times and I appreciate her help so much!  I was told to call the next day to speak to a manager so that once the system was back up I could get a refund . I’ve been calling a few times and it keeps saying your office is closed but when the automatic voice recording tells me the clinical hours it says you guys are open . It’s just a little inconvenient for me to have to go in person because I work overnights and so during the days I’m trying to catch up on things to get ready to go back to work at night and so having to go in person if i do have to go in makes thinks harder

          Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.
