          The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating, they quickly got us into a room, but we waited a substantial amount of time and unfortunately the xray machine wouldn’t work so that prolonged our visit and left us without answers.

          Great urgent care! They accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. You can walk in or set up an appointment on line. Quickly tap in your arrival notice on the couple of screens provided. The wait was then minimal, the staff always meet you with a smile and the facility is beautiful. I saw a knowledgeable nurse practitioner who was very attentive and concerned with my leaving with all my needs addressed. When I had an issue that the pharmacy I requested was closed, I was able to quickly have them reroute the meds to one that was open. This will be my go-to location for urgent care when my PCP is not available.

          Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much.           The tech or MA was amazing. I wish i could remembered her name. She was super careful with the swabs, my son did not share a tear. She also offer us water when she noticed my son being thirsty. The NP was very informative, explaining everything in detail. I been coming to this Urgent care for about 7 years and when Conroe open I was very pleased but even more they continue with their quality care.
