I truly appreciate Dr Ali, he’s a good person who cares with a very good bedside manner.  I like the nurse as well.  The care provided was very good.  The one issue I have an it’s important for the care team to consider.  The check in process online is fine, I prefer it but they need to do something about the stand in the lobby.  I woke up today with pinkeye from my visit as the person before me and after both had pinkeye.  Unless they have the ability to clean the machine then parents will continue to pass those things to each other.  I had to do Teledoc today to get pink eye drops.  You never want to be treated for one thing and pick up something else.  The cleaning process for the check in needs a major thought Process around it.

The checkin was easy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The NP was very friendly and informative

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

PA Spencer was great.

Great place for kids and adults. The pharmacist is the best. My doctor was very kind and helpful.

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.

This as always my urgent Care no matter where I move

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

Love this place ! Only place I will take my family when they need medical care ! Dr Soni And his staff are amazing and they are great at what they do ! Thank god for this place ! And all the staff !!
