Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I was a walk-in. The staff were helpful and friendly.  They understood my concerns.  I was seen in a timely manner it was close to closing.  They took their time to find out what I needed to be treated for.   I would recommend this facility for urgent care needs.  Thank you!

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

The wait time was little to nothing. I was in the back and the nurse as well as doctor came in right after. I went around 6:50 pm so the office was empty and I was in and out. The doctor was helpful, he listened and made sure I left with no further questions.  Ultimately I’m satisfied, I’ll definitely go there and recommend their services.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.
