Was able to make a fast easy appointment for next day online. But wait time in clinic was very long even though I did have an appointment. I think AME should do reminder messages of appointments or when patient needs testing as well.

I’m not happy that no one told me the medication Paxlovid would cost me $600 unless I had a coupon in which case it would cost me $25

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Great doctor explained my problem and he  was friendly and I could tell he enjoyed his job..,,

I was going in for a routine drug test for my job. There seemed to be very few people there  and I was shown that there were 0 people ahead of me for the test. I continued to wait in the lobby for about 10 min and nobody said anything to me about my wait time other than they will be with me shortly. Both staff members seemed very short with me and the person doing my urine test was rude and impatient with me when I was wrapping up with a text message. She didn’t even flush the toilet from the previous person using it and didn’t apologize for having me enter a bathroom with a used toilet. There was some kind of issue with the ceiling and water leaking everywhere so maybe that’s why the staff was grumpy but that should not be an excuse.

Had pelvic pain sharp, explained my symptoms and did palpitations tests, made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed.

It was easier than I thought to register.  A successful outcome.  Efficient experience.

Our visit was great Took my 2 nieces to get checked. Even tho we were walk ins they were seen fast. Staff was great great customer service. Im glad I brought them here Will tell my sister so she can continue their visits here. I recommend this place for your medical care Dr was amazing

The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I was a first time patient and I was seen within 20 minutes, including the check in time. All the staff from the front desk to the doctor on duty were professional and kind. If only all medical establishments were like this one. Highly recommend.
