I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

I woke up this morning and my right side of my  face was swollen , I checked in for an appointment and got my issue taken care of thank you. I also have an appointment Saturday first thing CT on face thank you should be ok

This is my first visit to this excellent health care facility. Dr. Safran was amazing-caring, knowledgeable and was really concerned about how I was feeling! He puts the patient at ease with his calm manner. His assistant was also most caring and the office staff is so helpful too. I recommend this health care facility with more than 5 stars if I could!

I walked in urgent care so they could check out my left knee from a fall. Within minutes I was in a room and soon after I had X-rays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office.
