I was seen at the Dearborn location, not the Hamtramck location. Both receptionist were kind and professional. The staff was nice and quick. I went on my lunch break and was in&out super fast. The provider’s bedside manner was excellent.

I needed a rapid Covid test on a Sunday for a job interview on a Monday. I was in and out with in 30 mins. Staff very professional. Met Dr Tom and welcomed him to our city! Even though I was only there for a Covid test he asked could he listen to my lungs/breathing. Impressed !

Dr. Faisal is a gem. He really cares about people and it shows. Everyone who works at this location is knowledgeable and efficient. I always leave feeling like I have been well taken care of. Thank you to Garden City Urgent Care for being there when I need you!

I hesitate to write my review because I want to this place a secret. My husband and I went in because he wasn't feeling well. They tested him for covid, influenza A, did a chest x-ray. All testing was warranted given his symptoms. He was given the appropriate meds and was feeling better by the following day. The doctor had a wonderful bedside manner. The nurse was great. The check in staff was fast. Everything that you would want in an urgent care. They are new and I wish them the best of luck. When our needs call for another urgent care visit, we will return to this facility.

While I was initially hesitant to visit an urgent care facility - the location and "newness" of this office (plus, my need for quick answers) - prompted me to visit on 1/31/23. It was absolutely a pleasure. All staff members (Specifically, Dr. Dwaik and the triage nurse) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Since I often have a difficult time getting an appointment to see my longstanding family doctor due to short business hours and a packed schedule, I will gladly visit Family Urgent Care should the need arise. Thank you for putting me at ease and being so patient and attentive to my concerns!

Outstanding care and service. Was able to get right in and the staff was friendly, patient, thorough, and wonderful to work with. My kids said they preferred it to going to their pediatrician! Nurse was so gentle and patient and PA was thorough and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough!
