I was seen for a severe sinus infection affecting my ears, nose, throat, and lungs. They were quick but thorough and noticeably concerned for my health so they prescribed me a high dosage of antibiotics. They had me wait to check the reactions against the medications I already take and revised the new prescription to better suit my needs without causing further issues. Overall, the staff, the timeliness, communication, and competence of the staff were more than enough for me to want to return if needed. Thank you for the excellent care!

I put a bandage on it and the bandages kept slipping off so I put tape around it and I put it too tight bandage every two days but it wasn’t getting any better, so I came to urgent care and they took care of it. I went in with what I assumed was ear and sinus infections. The staff was very kind and friendly. Without scheduling an appointment, my wait time was maybe 5-10 minutes after completion of paperwork and I was seen shortly after going to the exam room. I appreciate that I was able to walk in without an appointment. However, I don’t feel Juan took any real time to hear me out. He talks rushed, behaved rushed, and have his explanation rushed. You don’t get to help a patient if you don’t actually listen to the patient. I was told I have an abnormal ekg reading along with some concerning symptoms I’ve had and then told I have nothing to worry about. To me it seems like he was eager to go sit back at his desk. With a clinic as empty as this one, I don’t see what the rush was about.
