Doctor was informative and very friendly so were the staff there was no wait time

I brought my son in to be checked for strep throat. We were greeted and checked in right away. Didn't take long at all and staff had taken swabbed his throat and Jenna was in 5 minutes later for further examination. She determined that he had the symptoms of strep and she ordered antibiotics and we were on our way home. All the staff was friendly and professional! We will definitely come here again. Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Had a huge splinter in my shin and the physician sliced me up like a summer pie n got all the foreign debris outta my leg.. I would’ve def gotten infected n lost my leg..

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I came in with an eye issue. The provider didn't look at my eye only provided me with a prescription for two antibiotics. She said she didn't like eyes.

I walked in  this morning without an appointment, filled out paperwork, sat down and within 10 minutes I was being attended to. Good job and well done! 😃

Went there for a minor cut on my hand ask the physician assistant after he put two stitches in it Should I get an antibiotic shot and some antibiotics??? oh no, no no That was last Monday this Sunday I woke up in my hand was really hurting And stiff to close went back they charge me again, gave me an antibiotic shot and some antibiotics. That was yesterday this morning I woke up. My hand is somewhat stiffer, so I don’t know what to do. Due to their inadequate medical attention, it’s a possibility I will end up in the hospital with my hand.  Cost me thousands of dollars I don’t have plus all the pain and suffering

Jennifer is amazing! I went in with a corneal abrasion and she made me feel at ease. She took great care of my eye. She made me like she really cares about my well-being.

I went in for swelling in my face and swollen lymph nodes.  The pre screening nurse was very sympathetic and accommodating, assuring me that they would test for Covid, or anything else. Once I was seen by the doctor it was a different story. She literally shined her light in my face and mouth and determined it was an infection…. My face looks and feels like I was punched in my sleep… I could have told you it was an infection of some kind. She prescribed me some meds and sent me on my way.  I woke up the next day with worse swelling than the day before. Scheduled an appointment with a REAL doctor the next day.  This felt like drive thru medicine practice. Doctor clearly wanted to diagnose and move on. No tests, no blood work, nothing. Just a shiny little light. Seriously I could have got the same diagnosis at jack in the box… plus I would have saved 40 bucks and got some tacos!  Avoid this place, save yourself time and money and see an actual doctor.  Also I you have to put up signs everywhere about refusing disgruntled costumers, maybe the problem you!  Like just maybe, perhaps, could it be possible you are making your costumers disgruntled???

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

Wasn't too thrilled with my experience at this urgent care. Spent a mere 3 minutes with the provider, who quickly diagnosed me with laryngitis without running any tests. Not being tested for COVID, the flu, or strep leaves me feeling uneasy, especially with chest pressure, body aches, a low fever and excessive coughing. It seemed like they were in a rush to close by 4 PM. Additionally, the front desk sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, despite me providing the correct one in my paperwork beforehand. Thankfully I noticed before leaving but even after that they still sent 1 RX to the WRONG pharmacy. I felt like an inconvenience throughout the visit & like they didn't care. 10/10 do NOT recommended.

Went in because I was having a heavy menstrual cycle. Wait time was short in lobby . Wait time was 40 minutes inside of the room. Had nothing done but was charged either way.

I have had respiratory issues for a few months on and off. The nurse did not take a lot of time trying to understand the full situation and sent me home with 3 days of prednisone and cough drops. The next 2 days I felt even worse and didn't get any relief from meds provided. The root of the cause was not discussed or some related illnesses like valley fever. Very disappointed.

Provider was great. Did not need the front desk worker calling the cops on a patient.
