The receptionist had the best personality and it was refreshing! Don’t see that anywhere anymore. I keep returning to this clinic because of the staff. They take the time to listen, discuss my symptoms, how I feel then discuss a plan to for a recovery. I don’t feel rushed but get a complete visit each time. My PCP doesn’t even give me this! This office is the BEST!!

MOST of the staff had incredible bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable while getting me in and out with care at a reasonable time. The receptionist at the front dulled my experience. She claimed there was no availability unless I wanted to schedule an appointment and wait for 2 hours (my wait ended up being only 45 minutes with 3 patients in front of me). Two more people came in while I waited and she increased the wait time by an hour for each person that asked for help, one of which was an elderly woman who definitely needed assistance scheduling. Not great representation for the amazing medical staff that helped me. She gave the impression that an appointment was required for URGENT CARE - what’s the point of urgency then? I hope others who require more sensitive care don’t get met with a similar experience.

He always explains what he sees quickly and is easy to understand. He has repeatedly helped solve my medical issues when others did not. I only go to this location for his care.

Everyone was super nice. I just wish quality of care was better. Medical person seeing me didn't even come close to me to view my complaint. How could you diagnose by seeing 4 feet away? It seemed like fast food health care with a quick and easy diagnosis made without thorough examination. I was disappointed.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
