Woke up with a clogged ear and had a fever for a couple of days. I went to the walk-in club because my Doctor didn’t have any time available that day. The staff was very friendly. I was put into a room and did wait. There was one patient whom came into my room by mistake looking for the doctor. Then finally the PA came in looked at my ear and result was ear infection. Left shortly after that.

I had been dealing with eye irritation for a couple of days prior to making an appointment. I went online to schedule an in person visit, but I had to really search out appt times, as virtual options were offered first. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before being called in by a nurse. She was very friendly, took my vitals, and left. Then I waited another 20 minutes for the provider, who was also friendly but in the room for all of 2 minutes. She diagnosed me then left. Waiting almost an hour for a scheduled appointment was absolutely ridiculous.

I had a very good experience. I want to thank everyone at PhysicianOne for their highly professional care and treatment of me.

The care at this Urgent Care is exemplary. From the front office staff to the doctor, the center is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The follow through is better than the majority of medical offices I’ve experienced. What a resource to have in our neighborhood!

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Maybe more comfortable chairs in the waiting area.
