I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

Everyone was great. From in take, to vitals to Dr. Faud it was amazing. Friendly and caring. Next day I felt so much better. Will come for future care. Only thing they had Spanish speaking patients and no one was available to translate or help them. But they did try with using the phone translating but someone should be onboard that can help with this type of situation. But overall great place.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Had a pain for the last few days came in and was immediately helped. All of the staff was helpful and was graciously friendly.

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.
