I was seen once before by Carlos Coello, PA -C , and today for a skin rash, on my arm. He not only took the time to discuss my needs for topical treatments , but spoke to me as a professional & friend ! BRAVO AFC !!! I strongly recommend AFC in West Islip to my pals !

          Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.
