I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before being called in by a nurse. She was very friendly, took my vitals, and left. Then I waited another 20 minutes for the provider, who was also friendly but in the room for all of 2 minutes. She diagnosed me then left. Waiting almost an hour for a scheduled appointment was absolutely ridiculous.
