The staff at Advanced Urgent care is phenomenal! I felt safe as soon as I started speaking with the clinic manager. I explained to him I was a little dizzy and could not find my United Health Card and he looked me up and found it right away. He was so kind and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The doctor was also amazing. She was able to explain why I was feeling so dizzy and explained what happens when you miss several doses of your medication. I did not feel rushed or as if I was bothering anyone. She answered all my questions and I left feeling well informed and as if I mattered to the staff. What a fantastic team!
