Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

Had been sick for a week battling congestion, cough and pain in chest.  From the time I walked through front door till I left the time was very quick.  No long waits.  Staff is very friendly and very attentive.  Personable which is good for people who get the “white coat syndrome”.  Highly recommend this facility.  The PA was wonderful.  Very therapeutic presence.

Everyone was supportive, patient, kind, and helpful. This is the only Urgent Care I got to because of the great customer service and attention they give to you.  I highly recommend this location.

I had two test kits to get blood drawn for- the whole process was quick and thorough and despite a lifetime of difficulty finding my vein- Shannon had absolutely no trouble whatsoever.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
