The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Overnight I came down with some serious symptoms that had me very worried. I went to urgent care first thing in the morning and was thrilled to find I didn’t have to wait much at all. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The healthcare provider who I saw was thorough, kind, reassuring, and made sure I had time to ask questions and understood everything I needed to know. I was so relieved at the end of my appointment. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
