Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

Scheduling was very easy. No wait time. The doctor and staff were very empathetic.  The doctor was spot on in my care. I highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting this clinic and my experience was immeasurable. The level of care I received from the physician (Natalie Mcelhany) was amazing. She was attentive and explained every part of my treatment. I will definitely return to this Urgent Care clinic if a need should arise.

The staff were very kind and friendly. We did not wait that long. The office and exam rooms are clean. The doctor at the facility was great. He took the time to explain my child's health issue and what treatment would be best. I would reccomend using them.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!
