I wasn't feeling well and showed up in AFC Urgent Care front desk, was seen immediately. Staff introduced themselves, were courteous, compassionate and caring. Delighted to have AFC in my neighborhood.

Everything was very good.  Not a long wait time. No complaints.

QR code provided for check-in worked seamlessly.  Courtesy extended from the front desk including the escort to a examination room, was excellent. PA Carla, was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in her care. AFC is an invaluable service to Louisville and the surrounding areas and highly recommended.

It wasn’t a tidy office, a huge stack of snacks stacked in the first office cubical did not seem professional.  Back by the restroom/laundry there was a definite smell of sour, moldy laundry. The after hour NP was very nice and knowledgeable.

Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

The staff bent over backwards helping me to pass the DOT medical exam. Other providers just say go get fixed and just give a three month extension.  Very pleased with the experience

The nurse and provider were excellent people and the visit was quick because the two at the front desk were on top of things. Very clean and plenty of seating, it was busy but hard to tell. Highly recommend!

Grandson needed an EKG, suggested by his doctor at Children's Hospital in Aurora, so we stopped by to have it done. My phone was zero percent charged, so we were walk-ins. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.
