Was able to make a fast easy appointment for next day online. But wait time in clinic was very long even though I did have an appointment. I think AME should do reminder messages of appointments or when patient needs testing as well.

Clinic did not have catheters, I was referred to ER, very disappointed

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I was a first time patient and I was seen within 20 minutes, including the check in time. All the staff from the front desk to the doctor on duty were professional and kind. If only all medical establishments were like this one. Highly recommend.
