The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.

I never got results from my strep test.  I felt if I did not get a call a text would have been nice.

They are very nice professional and kind  The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I scheduled online for a specific type of appointment.  When I went in, I was told that type of appointment can only be done at specific times. There was no indication on the online scheduling platform. While the receptionist was not rude she was not helpful.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
