The doctor and nurse were professional and friendly. This was my first time here, however my family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we all had the same experience. In and out. No extended wait times to see the Dr. very nice environment.

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

The single best urgent care experience we have ever had.  The staff was top notch from the reception to the doctor and nurse.  Very blessed to have found this place when we were out of town and in need of care. Thank you!!

This is my second time having my children be seen by FNP Ugboaja and she is truly such an amazing provider. Her bedside manners are great she listens is attentive and is very knowledgeable. I love that there is no wait time when check in and providers are very reliable.

Great Doctor and nice staff! Especially on a Sunday, they took great care of my child and listened. Patient and kind. The other location, the office staff acted like I was bothersome and rude. I highly recommend this location.
