The checkin was easy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The NP was very friendly and informative

Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the Walk-in clinic. I will use this service in the future if necessary.

I love this urgent care. They have the best doctors. Only problem is the front desk lady and a few nurses come off as very stand-offish and rude. When I greeted the front desk receptionist she didn’t even look at me and talked to me with a condescending tone. That encounter alone turned me sour, but ultimately my mood was changed when I was greeted by the doctor who was very helpful, friendly and personal! Y’all have to teach your employees the importance of providing excellent customer service. This has been my experience the last 3 times I’ve been here with either the receptionist or the young blonde nurse. So as far as getting the help I needed and feeling welcomed and heard by the doctors? EXCELLENT service!

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

Drove up and received immediate service. Michael was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Very good with the testing and hoping for rapid results. Would definitely go there again.

Been having a terrible cough and mucus for a few weeks walked in today relatively no wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes after paperwork and got right to business. The staff was very caring and helpful. They listened to my issue made there educated assessment and had me on my way!

I had a painful sinus infection and my Primary Care was closed on Friday.  I was unable to see her or staff to have anyone write a Rx.  I went to the White Lake Springfield Urgent Care and was able to seek great help immediately.  Once my information was inputted by computer screen at check-in (difficult process for senior but reception was helpful).   The staff were very friendly and I was seen quickly and courteously and home with my antibiotics within a couple of hours.  Yes, I would recommend this provider.  Thank you for being open when I needed you to be and so helpful.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to get seen quickly and meds prescribed.

So easy to hold a telemed appt for my cold that was hanging around. I will be picking up the meds and hope I start to feel better in a few days . Thank you Rebecka ( PA) I feel I am in good hands with a good protocol:)
